Orders are dispatched from our store in Williamstown daily using Australia Post.

Flat rate of $12.00 AUD for orders

Delivery times do not include packing and handling.
All orders will be processed, packed and shipped the next business day after an order is placed.

By choosing Express Shipping only guarantees your order will be sent Express with Australia Post at the time your order is sent.

Please note delays occur during public holidays and peak seasons. We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery address and contact details, including phone number.

Returns and exchanges

We offer a 100% peace of mind return policy.
Returns will be issued for either a Store Credit or Exchange.

If you would like to return or exchange your item/s please ensure you meet the below criteria:

- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase
- The returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in otherwise unused condition, with all original labels and tags attached
- The returned items must not be earrings, sale and stock clearance items

If the item/s returned does not meet our Return Policy it will be sent back to you, to the original shipping address from your order.

We strongly recommend the returned merchandise is sent via Australia Post registered mail to ensure the return is received by us. All returns must be packaged appropriately so the clothing is protected. The Gravel Yard will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.

Delivery costs of the return are at your expense and we will not provide a refund for any postage fees paid.

Under Australian Consumer Law we are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind or make the wrong selection. If an item fails to meet consumer guarantee, you have the right to ask for a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.
